Decision Governance for Autonomous Agents
You just saw the four layers. Here they are to take with you.
Governed decisions. Deterministic, explainable, defensible to the regulator.
Governed context. The agent sees exactly what this decision needs. Nothing more.
Governed actions. Authorization is fixed. Admissibility is situational.
Governed agents. Identity, behavior, and a runtime trust score that throttles
autonomy.

⛔STOP celebrating data-driven mindset and BI CoE too soon. The Center of Excellence for BI is a symptom, not a solution.
Here’s the reality💥 Actionable Insights ≠ Decisions
In many large #insurance and #financialservices companies, the establishment of a BI Center of Excellence (CoE) is seen as a milestone of maturity in the #datadriven mindset. But it often reveals something deeper:
Organization have stuck in the “last mile of analytics”.
🚩Despite tens and hundreds of thousands of reports and dashboards,
* Decisions are inconsistent.
* Actions are delayed.
* Outcomes are lagging.
The BI team becomes a service provider, producing endless views of data without closing the gap to decisions.
A dashboard doesn’t drive action unless logic and context are modeled and operationalized.
A Center of Excellence for BI alone doesn’t reduce decision latency, on the contrary it often amplifies it.
What's missing? A shift from data-driven insight to decision-centric approach.
That's where Decision Intelligence comes in to explicitly model decisions and proactively operationalize them as a result it bridges the gap between insight and action.
It's not about killing #BI.
🚀DI is the upstream that processes datasets, executes decisions, reflects results into processes and systems, and drives outcomes. One operationalized decision model will render up to 100 dashboards and reports obsolete.
💣BI gets you insights. DI gets you outcomes.
